I've spent three decades in technology — across operations, HR, people systems, project management, customer success, and strategy — at companies ranging from early-stage to mature, across industries including tech, wellness, and professional services.
I came up in rooms where I was usually the only woman. I learned by doing, by outworking, by paying close attention to what separated the genuinely brilliant from the merely confident.
At 39, I went back and got my AA in Social and Behavioral Sciences — because I wanted it, and because I'd already built the career it was supposed to unlock.
I don't have a long list of titles to impress you. I have a long list of problems I've solved, systems I've built, and teams I've helped move forward.
