Here's what working together actually looks like — so you know before you reach out.
We start with a real conversation
No intake form, no lengthy discovery. We talk. You tell me what's going on, I ask questions, and I tell you what I think. I've been doing this long enough to know in about 20 minutes whether I can help you.
I tell you what I actually see
Not what you want to hear. What I observe. If the problem you think you have isn't the real problem, I'll say so. That's where the value starts.
We scope something clean
A defined project, a fractional engagement — we agree on what success looks like, what I'll do, and what it costs. No surprises.
I do the work
Not a junior team member. Me. I'm in the details, in the process, building alongside you. Fully present while I'm there — not trying to be there forever.
I hand it off clean
When we're done, you have something that works without me. If I've done my job right, you don't need me indefinitely — you need me again for the next hard thing.
And when I'm not the right person for something specific — I'll tell you, and I know who to call. (Said with full confidence, not a disclaimer.)
